What if we brought famous Australian poets back from the dead to save Australia's natural beauty?
Bush Heritage has been protecting Australia’s wild places for more than thirty years. They manage over 11 million hectares of bushland, partnering with Traditional Owners and restoring some of the country's most fragile ecosystems. Yet despite the size of their impact, most Australians have never heard of them.
So our challenge was simple. Make people care about an organisation they barely know.
Australia’s land has always been timeless. It shaped our greatest storytellers and artists. The country itself helped give birth to the voices that taught us how to see its beauty.
So we brought two of those voices back.
Poetry of Landscape revives the spirit and style of Dorothea Mackellar and Banjo Paterson, creating new verses inspired by the landscapes, wildlife and traditions Bush Heritage fights to protect.
